I’m a consultant and coach working across the education sector and with directors and executives of small and start-up businesses. My mission is to empower leaders by unlocking their potential and that of their teams to drive sustainable improvement and achieve better outcomes.
With a background as a headteacher, local authority adviser, and executive leader, I bring deep insight into organisational change, team dynamics, and strategic leadership — grounded in practical experience and a common-sense approach. My extensive career gives me a unique breadth and depth of knowledge that allows me to quickly understand complex challenges and deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
